I like this place, it is a grocery store and also has a casual place to eat and have beverages with a small bar. It is nice cause it is not a super popular place where you have to wait in line! It is a chill spot to sit and have a drink and they have a nice selection of different brews on tap including Lager's and IPA's!

A place in State College that is making your food fresh every day! Everyone here is super friendly. Meatball Monday is still the best deal in town, but definitely try some of the other specials. The cod sandwich last week was great.

The changes to the deli have lost me as a customer. During my time in State College I have always partaken in Meatball Monday. It was cheap, it was good, and the people working the deli were always polite. The couple of times I've gone since the changes have been negative. The subs were worse, the person taking my order didnt really bother to acknowledge me, and there is no option to get your sub toasted anymore. All this and you're paying more than previous times. Just not worth it for me anymore

The renovation saved this place. More specifically, the pay-per-pour, self-serve beer tap system saved this place. Post renovation the cleanliness of the place has gone up, the offer better products, they sell beer and have a front beer bar. Prior to the update, it was a gross college kid store... Now I definitely use it to buy quick grocery items and grab a quick beer.
